DENTAL SERVICES
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, visa, discover, and mastercard. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is needed, financial arrangements can be made with our office. We do offer care credit dental/medical card. Care Credit offers 3, 6, and 12 month interest free payments and extended financing for up to 48 months. You can either have us fill it out in our office or apply on-line.

Insurance
We are participating providers for BlueCross BlueShield and Delta Dental. As a service to our patients we do accept most dental insurance programs, but we are not part of a managed care network.
If you have insurance you will be expected to pay an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance. We are more than happy to look up your insurance, determine your benefits, and file any necessary paperwork. We will also submit a pre-treatment to your insurance at your request, thus giving you a good look at what your insurance will pay. But, it is also the patients responsibility to know what kind of benefits that their particular insurance may provide. Each insurance company varies in the types of coverage that is available. Remember, reimbursement rates are not a guideline for quality of care.
